I partner with organizations to design and facilitate offsites, leadership retreats, custom workshops and experiential learning journeys. My Approach

Every engagement is custom-designed. My facilitation is grounded in 12+ years of leadership development experience, and integrates tools from:

- Systems thinking → Using Organization and Relationships Systems Coaching (ORSC) and Three Horizons framework to help teams balance present needs and challenges with future possibilities

- Applied improvisation → To cultivate a “Yes, and” mindset, enhance adaptability, and spark creative thinking

- Adult learning design → Ensuring each session is engaging, relevant, and immediately actionable
