Since 2013, I've worked with Leaders' Quest - an organisation that creates transformational learning experiences for senior executives of multinational companies around the world. I've spent weeks immersed in different countries building relationships and curating thought-provoking programmes that touch head and heart.
These 'Quests' have given me a unique understanding of the complexities and brilliance of people and places - shaping who I am, and how I show up today. Along the way, I've also been guided by exceptional coaches who helped me navigate pivotal career moments, understand myself better and develop my own leadership style and voice. This empowering work sparked in me a desire to hold space for others to be seen, championed, and challenged - with skill and care.
I certified as a coach with Co-Active Training Institute, and set up my coaching and consulting practice in 2020. Today, I partner with individuals and teams around the world for one-on-one coaching and group facilitation programmes - both in person and online. As an Associate at Leaders' Quest, I continue to design and lead client programmes globally.
My story
After living in the UK and Singapore for several years, my husband and I finally put down our roots in Goa, where we've restored a 100-year-old Portuguese home and are raising our two year old son, Nico. Life here keeps me close to what matters most—nature, my oldest friends, an open-minded culture, and of course, great food. Outside work, you’ll find me outdoors, cycling, baking, or bringing people together for home-cooked meals, fun and celebrations.
Fun Fact: My first job was on the dance floor of a salsa school in Pune, the city where I grew up!
