At Leaders’ Quest, I was fortunate to be coached by exceptional practitioners. They helped me navigate pivotal career moments, understand myself better, handle tension with greater skill, advocate for myself with confidence, and develop my own leadership style and voice. This inner work was empowering, liberating, and deeply transformative. It sparked a desire to create similar spaces—for others to be seen, championed, and challenged with care.
I certified as a coach with Co-Active in 2019 and launched my coaching and consulting practice, which I run alongside my work at Leaders’ Quest. I partner with entrepreneurs, managers, senior leaders—and their teams—who are committed to cultivating conscious ways of working and values-driven cultures within their organizations.
After living and working in the UK and Singapore, my husband and I moved back to India during the pandemic. We’ve since put down our roots in Goa, where we restored a 100-year-old Portuguese home and are raising our two year old son, Nico. Life here keeps me close to what matters most—nature, community, open-minded culture, and of course, food. Outside work, you’ll find me cycling, baking, or bringing people together around a great meal, meaningful conversations and celebrations.
My hope and vision?
A world where our culture is deeply human—rooted in trust, kindness, respect, and connection. A world where we replace blame with empathy, respond instead of react, care for the environment, and make choices that honour ourselves, each other, and the planet. Locally in Goa, I’m directing my energy towards improving waste management systems and clean up drives in my neighbourhood.
